Sunday Worship
All are welcome at our worship service every Sunday at 11 am. On the third Sunday of the month (and several other Sundays and holy days throughout the year), Pastor Lena Warren celebrates Holy Eucharist. We also celebrate Holy Eucharist on Sundays when a visiting pastor is available. On other Sundays we celebrate the Service of the Word, which includes the full Lutheran service minus Holy Communion and is led by a member of the congregation. Our Music Director, Kathy Brink, leads the congregation in singing a wide range of traditional and contemporary hymns and invites members of the congregation to drum with the final hymn.
Interfaith Vigil for Peace
Since the Russian invasion of Ukraine in 2022, St. Peter’s has invited the community to join us on Thursday evenings to pray for peace. Originally focused on the war in Ukraine, this vigil has become an Interfaith Vigil for Peace, recognizing the many areas of the world in conflict, from the Ukraine to Gaza, Sudan, Haiti and other areas. This short prayer service includes brief readings from the Old and New Testaments, the Prayer of St. Francis, and other prayers and litanies developed by congregations in areas experiencing violence and oppression.

Luther: Gospel, Law and Reformation
Thursdays at 6:15 pm
Join us Thursday evenings at 6:15 for a new study series – Luther: Gospel, Law and Reformation, 24 lectures from The Great Courses series that explore Martin Luther’s theology and the Reformation after he posted his famous 95 theses on the church door in Wittenberg, Germany in 1517. We will watch a 30-minute video, followed by discussion.
